WINTER MENU
EGGNOG
Rich, eggnog-flavored cake with a creamy eggnog buttercream core and ruffles on top, lite dusting of nutmeg, and seasonal decoration of sugared cranberries, fresh rosemary, and star anise
(I would not recommend eating the decoration)
ANDES
Chocolate cake with a homemade fudge center, mound of lite green-tinted peppermint buttercream, quick drizzle of fudge, and an Andes Crème de Menthe Thin on top as well as crushed candy pieces
GINGERBREAD
Full of molasses and spice, plus a sticky-sweet caramel core, mound of cinnamon buttercream, dusting of spice, and a caramel-filled Stroopwafel chunk on top
CHRISTMAS JAM
Vanilla chiffon cake with a homemade strawberry, cranberry, and just a hint of fresh orange, the preserve is then swirled in with the buttercream, and finished with toasted streusel
PEPPERMINT BARK
Vanilla chiffon cake dipped in a homemade peppermint-flavored fudge, ruffles of marshmallow buttercream on top, and a piece of peppermint bark candy
BOSTON CREAM
Vanilla chiffon cake with a homemade vanilla bean custard-like core, mound of lite chocolate buttercream that is quickly dunked in fudge, drizzle of vanilla glaze, and a maraschino cherry for the finishing touch
